About UnsaidTalks

UnsaidTalks is a career mentorship and training platform focused on helping students and early professionals secure roles in top tech companies. Through hands-on programs, industry mentorship, and skill-building initiatives, it equips learners with the tools, knowledge, and recognition needed to stand out in competitive job markets.

The Challenge:

UnsaidTalks runs multiple internship, mentorship, and training programs designed to prepare participants for high-impact tech roles. However, issuing certificates manually was time-consuming, prone to inconsistencies, and difficult for employers to verify. Physical or static PDF certificates lacked security, could be easily forged, and were inconvenient to share on professional platforms like LinkedIn or digital resumes. This reduced the long-term career value these credentials could offer learners.

Solution: Secure, Portable Digital Credentials

To address these challenges, UnsaidTalks partnered with Ooru Digital’s CredIssuer, a digital credentialing platform that issues secure, W3C-compliant verifiable credentials in real time. Participants who successfully completed a program—whether an internship or mentorship—received a tamper-proof, cryptographically signed credential instantly upon completion. These credentials could be stored in digital wallets such as Inji, Google Wallet, or Apple Wallet and shared seamlessly across LinkedIn, online portfolios, and resumes.

How It Worked:
  • Program completion details were entered into CredIssuer’s issuance interface.

  • The system generated digitally signed, tamper-proof credentials within seconds.

  • Participants received a shareable link and wallet-ready version for easy access and verification by employers or institutions.

Outcomes

  • Instant certification: Learners received credentials immediately upon program completion.

  • Credibility and trust: Certificates were cryptographically secure and verifiable in seconds.

  • Career visibility: Achievements could be showcased across professional platforms and digital portfolios.
